Knowing Jesus

The Good News

Why?

Why does the world need Good News? Look around and you will find no shortage of bad news. Depression, sickness, death, evil, and immorality fill the headlines. We are all searching for hope in the darkness and peace in the storm. We want to know what my purpose is now and what will happen when I die. The only way to have complete hope and peace is to believe that Jesus Christ is God and the Sovereign Lord of all. When we confess that we were once rebels against God and admit that we need God’s help in our life, He promises eternal life in heaven when we take our last breath here on earth. This is the definition of Good News!
